Terms
1. Insurance
- Basic insurance: 500€ excess.
- Full insurance: 0€ excess with higher daily rental charge.
- Insurance is not valid under alcohol or misuse.
2. Deposit
- A 500€ deposit is required with basic insurance.
- Refunded after vehicle inspection.
- No deposit required with full insurance.
3. Driver Requirements
- The driver must be over 23 years old.
- Driving license must be at least 2 years old.
- For drivers under 23 years old, a 1000€ deposit is required.
4. Charging Policy
- The vehicle must be returned with 60-70% battery.
- Below this a 20€ charge applies.
5. Usage Terms
- Only authorized drivers are allowed.
- Off-road driving is prohibited.
- The renter is responsible for fines and violations.
Damage Cost Table
- Key loss: 200€
- Cable loss: 150€
- Interior damage: up to 500€
- Late return: 1-day charge
6. Accident Procedure
In case of accident call in the following order:
- The insurance company using the provided phone number.
- The police.
- The company.
Failure to follow this procedure results in full liability.
7.1. Payments
- The rental must be prepaid.
- No refunds apply.
7.2. Vehicle Replacement & Refund Policy
In case of an accident, replacement vehicle is provided subject to availability.
If no vehicle is available:
- If the renter is at fault, no refund is provided.
- If the renter is not at fault, unused days are refunded.
8. Legal Terms
This agreement is governed by Greek law.
9. Personal Data
- The customer’s personal data is collected and processed solely for the purposes of this rental.
- The company complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Data is not shared with third parties unless required by law or for the execution of the agreement.
- The customer has the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their data upon request.
- By signing this agreement, the customer consents to the processing of their personal data.
- The customer confirms that they have read and accepted all terms of this agreement, including personal data processing.
